Because many of our products are handmade, minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and not considered defects.

  • Used or damaged items (unless received defective)

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos and order details.
  • We will review and offer a replacement or refund after verification.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error is on our side).

5. Return Shipping
